Texas "Aggie" joke.
For many years people used to tell "Dumb" jokes about the University of Texas "A"gricultural and "M"echanical school. Stopped telling jokes about the university out of it becoming a highly respected institution. Unfortunately it seems they have dropped the ball again.
Since the Texas Aggie football team has had anything but a perfect season, seems as thought there "twelfth man" is staying in the stands and the tradition is gone. "Intellectual property": of the 12th man myth is dead. Wonder how many Colt's fan parents will not be sending their kids and their money to Texas A&M now.

Right or wrong, many people feel this way.
After so much "Yankee go home" all the time, was all we heard not so many years ago. You now can understand why a few people are upset.
